Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns. This means that all purchases are final. We value your understanding on this matter. This also applies to shipping-related delays or carrier issues. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

We pack every item with precision and care to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, in the unlikely case that an item arrives damaged or not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:

  • You contact us within 72 hours after receiving your order.
  • You include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation, or email)

You will be notified once your item has been inspected and approved. Your refund or store credit may take between to 3-7 business days to be processed.
