In the constant pursuit of the next wellness trend, we've drifted away from the foundations of true health, forgetting that everything we need has already been created for us. At Provherbs, we believe wellness is not about chasing what’s new but returning to what has been there from the beginning.
We believe that health goes beyond the physical. It's not just about what you put into your body, but about trusting in the One who divinely created it. In a world that looks to science alone for healing, we look first to Christ. He is the center in all that we do, seeking His will & guidance above all else, knowing that health and restoration ultimately come from Him alone.
Meet the founder
I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a Clinical Herbalist. In fact, I was on the track to medical school, studying Biology, chasing a pre-med path, and fully believing that modern medicine was the ultimate answer for healing.
But God had other plans.
What you don’t see are the years I spent battling with my own body. Struggling with anxiety, PCOS, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, and a constant feeling that something wasn’t right. I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do, and following the doctors orders. But I was still exhausted, anxious, and deeply disconnected from myself.
Out of desperation (not enlightenment) I found herbal medicine. And that’s when everything changed. What began as a personal experiment many years ago, quickly grew into my life's purpose.
Provherbs was born from my story.
This isn’t just a business. It’s the answer I wish I had years ago when I was sitting in doctor’s offices, frustrated and scared, being told “everything looks normal” when I knew it wasn’t. I created Provherbs to be a place of answers, empowerment, and real results, for people who take their health seriously.
